argh. i need SLEEP. so tired. i fell asleep the whole history leeson today. i was facing the wall. good thing. and i fell asleep. and i made it more real by holding a pen while sleeping. then i realised that i didnt close the pen and it made this big bloop of ink on my workbook..HOHO. wheeeeeee. went out today with the swimming peeps. and guess wad? we got treated at swensons...hohoho. yum yum. now im so fat. ate like wad? so much larh. i almost bao zha.haha. then we spent the rest of the afternoon taking neoprints like siao. me, mel, eva and nicole took 3-4 times together. i forgot how many larh. then we took 2 more times with the rest: jin hui, pearlyne and jasmine. i broke my record of 3 times today. now my record= 6 or 5..yay! haha. its damn fun larh. we bought bandanas then wore it and took. v. nice. =D BUT. some stupid person stepped on my specs. and it went all the way out that 1) i coudnt even move the sides or the sticks i forgot wad its called 2)it didnt look like a pair of specs at all. bleahx. and my mum was soooooooo pissed. =X but but but good thing that specs is my old specs. im so grateful. haha. i dun really use it coz its 100 degrees lower than my current specs so it dosent really make a difference if i wear it or not. and then i cant take neoprints with my new one coz i didnt multi coat it then reflets so much light and u cant see my eyes. then step oso nvm. HOHO. but my mum v.v.v.v. angry. ='(

finally got to use the com after a few longggg days. it felt like years man. sighhhhh. missing chatting wif everyone online. =( sighhhh. just came back from eating claypot rice in china town. then while we were about the go home, we had to cross this road. then my bros hu were walking ahead of my mum and i, crossed alr, then when me and my mum wanted to cross, the green man had alr start to flicker for quite some time alr. so i was so scared to cross but my mum was like nvm then she started to cross. then i wanted to follow my mum and i was like soooo scared that wad if it suddenly changes to red when i start crossing. so i SCREAMED like a mad woman across the road. than waved my hands as i crossed and ran across. and i screamed soooo loudly that i think the whole china town heard. okaay. maybe thats quite exagerating. but it was sooo loud. the my bros at the other end were like so embarrassed. then i realised i look stupid and laughed and laughed like mad. HAHA.
and training has been tough. 5.5km that day. continuously chioning for all the sets. u noe whyy? coz stupid replacement coach. its like 1.30min for one 100m then onli 1.15min we reach liao so got 15 sec to rest right? he dunno larh then call us go go go go...stupid mad gorilla. =) then he onli look at the ppl hu brought fins. then those hu din bring slacking behind! =(

t wun be THAT soon. BUT wads soooo great is that im going to a government hospital to make and im supposed to wait for 3 yrs. then there was no queue there so i needed to wait for onli 3 months. and then to speed things up, i changed a dentist! so now its next week. hohohoh. yeeeeeeee. i v. scared of the pressure that's gonna be applied when i pull my teeth. im not THAT scared of the injections. hohoho. so scarieeeeeee.

YAY!~ these few days were FUN. hoho. ahhhh. so many things to blog about. coz my bro FINALLY remembered to lock the com so the only time i can use is right after they use coz they'll always leave it on after they use. sighhhh. anw, just came back from school concert. so nice nice. hoho. and then ytd was our relay. its like rachel did 31, daphne and carrie did 30 and i did 32 i think. not too sure. and then daphne and carrie kept blaming me becoz we lost to mgs by 1 sec. so irritating okaay. why did they even chose me for the relay team if im so lousy? coz...there's no one else. and they cant just put the blame on me right? i did my best thats all i know. and i dun really train free either. so pissed larh. they think they so good go find someone else to swim larh. "eh sarah! why u swim so slow! swim faster larh. we have to beat mgs u noe! cannot swim so slow" urrrrgh. not my fault okaay. ppl's personal best alr. how to expect me to do faster har? stupid larh. if they dun take me in the relay team they can just take someone else right? and the preson behind me is like 36? isnt it worse right. haiya. might as well dun swim. blamed by ppl. wa lau eh. nvm. there's something the cheer me up.

nats are next week. and i didnt go for training. please kill me someone. i couldnt wake up okaay. and then my mum was so pissed coz she spent 170 bucks on accelerate and endurox...so my swimming one, those are energy drinks btw. and i didnt go today. and she was sooo pissed. now she dosent allow me to use the com. locked it from me. and dosent allow me to use her handphone either. now the only source of communication for me is my own hp. but i can use it too. coz she said she wanted to confiscate my hp but i told her im using a hi card and i cant even msg so u confiscate oso like not confiscating liddat. haha. sighhhhhh. i wanna cry so badly. :'(

woooooooooooooohooooooooooooo! we had to best "training" session ever today! wahahha. feel so great. =) today, we had the LAST LESSON OF QIGONG! muahahahaha. and then, this morning's training was sooooooo SLACK. just 2km anything. hahaha. and and and! one more thing! today's afternoon training! DAMN FUN! hahaha. we played whacko with EVERYONE. including the bois this time. then we had BRANDS as our names lar. hahahaha.there was, adidas(me!) then arena, tyr, quiksilver, billabong, roxy...etc etc. then so many farnie things happened! hahahaha.i had this dare to go jump the 3rd one... ITS SO HIGH OKAAY. then i dun dare. coz im afraid of heights. hahaha. so i stood there for so long then jin hui oso was supposed to jump but she took so long then finally she jumped! then i was the only one left who didnt jump lor. so i asked them to change my dare. coz i dun wanna be sooo UNSPORTING like melissa. so they asked me the go the highest one and shout:wo shi sarah chia! or ee or ee orrrrr. then i did larh. but while going up i was DAMN SCARED ok...i was litterally crawling up larh. then they had to pull me up. harhar.so fun! and why muz the funnest training session be on the lAST DAY OF THE HOLS.booooo..hols are OVER. sighhh. so fast larh. i dun miss school at all. booooooo. i want to go training both sessions...school SUX...ahhhhh. u dun wanna go back~~~. i miss training twice a day. *sob sob*

reached home from QIGONG lessons a few minutes ago...haha. today we learnt all the excercises already. i shall teach u all QIGONG now. lol.
the first excercise was wad i posted ytd. the arms stretched out sideways with fingers facing the sky. then there's excercises with ur fingers while doing that. and as usual, the coach asked us to do for a few minutes and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO freakin tiring okaay. so we put our hands down so many times again. haha. then after the fingers and arms excercise, we have to do that wave which we didnt noe how. =p then we have LEG excercises too.i forgot if i posted it ytd...haha. it like...haiya. very difficult to explain larh. u have to stand straight then left one leg up to make a 90 degreeswith ur knees. then do TOE excercises while in that position. our legs were so aching okaay! then we always cheat. ahaha. then there's one where u have to like SHAKE UR ASS lar. its to train ur pelvic/hip larh. then only supposed to shake ur pelvic bone! then no one noes how to it then we anyhow shake! hahaha.and then there was like normal stretching excercise. then he forces u to use ur PALM to touch the gound. hahhaa. luckily i manage to do it.OH YAR! then he said when u like face down so long, all the "QI" will flow to ur head so he said to make it flow down, we have to SWING our arms it the aire the let the "QI" flow down...HAHAHAHA.then the last one was to bend ur knees then make ur body inclined. that was the MOST tiring okaay. after the session we still had to take bus home! then cross a bridge summore. our legs were "fa douing" the whole time larh. poopoo. tmr's the last session. GREAT. its ending soon. yipeeeeeee.

heya! finally back to blogging after so long =) today was the first lesson of qigong. BLEAHX. and it sucks sucks sucks. oh my...its like so horrible larh. i hate it i hate it i hate it. so stupid! its like got MEDITATION! oh my...then we have excercise! to train our endurance and hand strength. sooo tiring. he made us stand with our arms wide open and fingers facing directly to the sky. its like sooo tiring okaay. the dumb coach made us do it for 3 minutes then we did it for like a few seconds and then place down our hands...haha. and he kept scolding. hahaha. and then we had to do the "wave"...not kallang wave. its like u stand with ur arms wide open then like send a wave thru ur body or something. hahaha. its like soooo stupid. the boys were facing the girls and the girls were facing the boys. so embarrassing ok. kept laughing and laughing. hehe. i hate it soooooooo much okay. feel so uncomfortable sitting in a shelter at BISHAN PARK! and then everything we did looked wierd so those cyclist, joggers all stop to stare at us okaay. oh my...soo embarrassing lar. hope i survive the qigong lessons till friday.

wooooooohooooooooooooo~ feels great to be back! hahaha. church camp was FUN. yay! but it was less fun this year coz we "graduated" from the children's session which was fun, games, activities to the adult/youth session which was to sit in the hall and listen to messages! ahahaha. quite okaay lar. learnt ALOT. soooo much until...urm. until. i dunno. =D haha.went shopping! not alot tho. coz we were so called "confined" to the hotel? yeah. haha. but...but. i bought lots of stuff...yay! clothes clothes and more clothes! hahaha. feel so happie! =)) will buy stuff for u guys when i go hong kong kaez? cheaper there? not sure tho. eh...but i guess hk will be much more ex.thats wad my mum said. haha. i'll try to find sum nice stuff. if not dun blame me kaez?and i miss training alot! alot alot alot! i wanna swim! hahahaha. will resume training next saturday. coz i'd be going hong kong tomorrow...woooooooohooooooo...eh. actually not that exciting. hehe. coz i will have to skip sooooo many training sessions! yay~~ my blog is almost done. except for some missing links which i lost. bleahx. training was tiring today. dunno why but we swam less than usual tho. we did. urm. lemme think.
4(5x100) i set of kicking and one set of pulling. then 10x200 IM. ahh.. slacked that whole thing.fine. almost the whole thing. exceot i chionged the last one. =) dunno why im blogging about this. fine. i've got nothing to blog about also. oh yar. going m'sia for church camp in less than a week=1 week of training GONE, 12 sessions MISSED. then after m'sia going hong kong right after for 1 week too=1wekk of training GONE and 12 sessions MISSED. sigh...and after i come back, its inter branch alr. bleah. and yesterday, coz most of the girls came for morning training so we were allowed to play in the afternoon. played soccer with the boys then captains ball...yar. then at about 6pm, andy called us to the public pool then he asked us to stand on the plunging board then POSE...means we statued there, while the photographer TOOK PICTURES! then we had to plunge...then he TOOK PICS again...like while we're in mid air then he took a snap shot. then the last shot was while we were ahlfway swimming! wahaha.and then we realised we'll gonna be on the front cover of the inter branch programme i think. AHHHHH. freaked larh. luckily i wasnt right in front of the cam...haha.

harlow people! just came back from seeing the sports doc. haha. btw, I'M LIKE SEVERELY FLAT FOOTED FOR 13 YEARS AND I JUST JUST REALISED?? have been thinking im the only(i think)non-flat footed person in my whole family when actually im the MOST FLAT FOOTED ONE?? sigh. haha. and i have finally gotten a doc's letter to wear sports shoes to school when everyone wears school shoes. haiz. that sports doc is like sooo urm. how do u describe him?? AH YES! knowledgable. hahax. u did an ultrasound on my bone(with the injury) and then said that i have this 2 bones there which was supposed to be connected when you're 5 years old and mine hasen't even connected yet?? and it wun be connected. so there's this little bone detatched and my leg will hurt when i do vigorous excercises because that bone will move(obviously...becoz it isn't even connected). and etc etc. yea. guess that all? maybe not. there's still alot of info. can't rmb! oh yar. i have to do this leg flex excercises to do everyday! about a hundred times a day. hahax.oh! and the name of this injury is called..urm. wait i cant rmb. its soo cheem. =)) its...wait. i go check first ar. Accesory Navicular Bone.yes. thats the name of my bone. wheee. haha. and i just got postcards that will last a life time! WHEEEEEEE...lost and found. thank God. muacks. u noe i lost my wallet urm...yesterday! yar. yesterday. 1 day old and it was gone. PRO sia. anw, i was walking to RTC bus stop with my friend then i dropped it along the way i think without even noticing. bleahx. then i realised only when i went into my dad's car. then he drove back and i searched and searched.traced back where i walked BUT DUN HAVE. then i was like...die die die. then pray pray pray. my birthday ang bao money somemore. adn my ex-link card is using giro. giro= tops up by itself using money from my mum's bank account. so my ez-link card lost= my mum's bank money all GONE. so i was like soooooo scared okaay. scared of my mum more in fact. then i went home. v.v.v.v. scared. then i told me mummy then duh right, she scolded me larh. and i had no mood to go training anymore. hehe. and i decided to sleeep.sleeping will make u feel better. hahaha.so at night got scolded again and again. blah blah blah. coz my old hp got lost too. dropped when i didnt notice. so she was v.v.v.v.v.v.v. angry. prayed soooo hard last night. and meeelin oso helped me pray. okokok..i better take this opportunity to blog and say whatever i want to say. my mum was so angry/disappointed i dunno wad feeling lar of my hcl ca1 results.and this is the first time i failed a test[besides hcl compos and stuff]. yess. first time. so im dead.and i did really really really really really really really really badly for hcl. haven't told anyone my marks yet. except my parents lar. duh. yar, and they were so angry. and didnt allow me to use the computer anymore! i think for the time being.but she put a password okaay!she told my nig bros but nv tell me. so i can't use. and my bro just finished using and he didnt off the com, so i took this opportunity to use. my mum's just over thereeee----> yes. she's just there. watching korean drama. and i'm being blocked by my organ. so freaky right. okaay. i really have to study. my mum's so angry[maybe not noe, but last ight she was]. and i don't think i can go on the com for so so so long already. and worse still, my dad dosen't allow me to go for training so often anymore...sigh. so sadd.so i guess im only limited to one choice? hey people...so tired now. slept at 2am ytd. can anyone believe. it was a school day the next day and i slept so late. *yawn* just finish going to almost everyone's blog on my link page. *yawn* so tired after doing that. haha. dunno why.and im not going training today! haha. going to catch up with my homework and my studies. especially maths. having hobster as our maths teacher really sucks.we have to go home and revise on our own. isn't it the same as just not even having a maths teacher?oh well.having the captain's ball match tmr! so scared. me and trish are in team 1. surprisingly. haha. hope we'll win. good thing we aren't against SY. coz we're gonna be trashed.really badly summore. and im can't wait for the next home econs lesson! we're making butter cookies with mnms inside *drools*..wheee...so fun. luckily we aren't doing any frying or something. so afraid mrs fernandez will use my unit to demonstrate again. not like the other time. she made me cook and asked everyone to look. then wad if cook wrongly or do something stupid bu shi very MALU lorh. it was like, "now, she's going to out the meat." then i have to put in. hey peeps...haven't been blogging for some time already....lets seee....got back my geog test today.luckily i didnt fail.also didnt even expect myself to fail either. =) got 23/35...booo.=( haha. nad i've finally gotten my shoes specially bought for my stupid leg injury which i can't run without some arched shoes or something? i totally forgot what the doc said...anw, bought a pair of reebok shoes.=) and i've also finally gotten my hp...=p yay. samsung! haha....and today at foundation english, mrs fernandez gave us ice-cream to eat! so cool. actually everyone was thinking how cum out of nowhere she wanna give us ice-cream, actually she had a MOTIVE!she wanted us to write a description about this sentence 'the ice-cream is cold' without using the bold words. so i wrote so much crap and i didnt even noe we had to present it in front of the class on a piece of tansparency using the OHP...so i was like soooooo embarrassed when i went up there to read what i wrote...ahaha.yup...nothing has been happening much these few days.so i dun have anything to blog about either.haha...byeeeeeee..

hey...i just came back from swimming with the school.didnt really swim coz i left my swimming bag in school! ah!yar..and then so i couldn't swim lar..so i sat with miss lim siao kien there. then we just watched the rest swim.then its was really hot at that time so she took out this like spray thing out of her bag ...its like water lar...so make u like less hot or more refreshing or something lar...so she sprayed her neck and face lar...then she was like telling, soo hot hor...then i was like...yar....then later her pointed the spray at me and asked me if i wanted to have myself sprayed then i was like nooo...then she said," try lar...very fun one!" wa...i couldn't stop laughing loe...sounded like she's so despo to get me to spray myself with water...haha.yar, anyway,

went rollar blading with my bro just now. so funn! we bladed from my house all the way to whampoa!(is that how u spell it?)then went to some far far place which we dunno and my bro saw a fish shop and bought some water veggies for his lobsters. then we bladed and bladed, not knowing where we were going but we kept blading and blading. legs got sooo aching.then we saw our house.we went to macs first to buy ice-cream then it started to rain.really heavily. finishing the ice-cream, we decided to buy the new savory tempura chicken burger. then we waited and waited but the rain didn't stop...so we decided to blade in the rain. it was like raining so heavily and now i'm here...totally drenched. =) hehe. didn't go training today. decided to syudy at home and do my hw...hahax. anw....

today. ya. i took mrt and bus home from yio chu kang where i had my school swimming training. i was carrying 2 super heavy bags, 1 my school one and the other my swimming one. my arms and my back almost broke.haha. then when i reached home, i just realised that there wasn't anyone at home and so i waited outside for more than 45 minutes okay. pity me anyone? haha. i had a headache and then i was soo tired too. nad i haven't bathed yet and it made me so pissed.haha....then finally my maid came home. yar..thats all...hehe.
today the "training" was sooooo fun.haha. we didnt really do much stuff. we swam like 1km i think...slacking like siao.haha. this was just to prove to miss lim that we swam...then we played and played.haha.then like coz we saw the miss lim coming to our direction and so we decided to make up some swim exercises. then we held the wall and started kicking! haha. we imatated the learn to swim people.haha.so funny. i felt so wierd doing that.haha.then we continued playin.haha.then at about 3.50pm, we started talking to miss lim.she sat on the ground next to the pool and we just kept talking. i didnt know she was THAT nice to talk with.haha.
then coz this morning mrs bowness wanted to anounce that the bball ppl lost right so she was like, " i wanna tell u all a story..." and obviously she wanted to tell ppl that the bball ppl lost but she made it like"sound" nicer...so we asked miss lim to do that too. haha. we asked her tell story like mrs bowness but she said she don't dare. like v. embarrassed liddat.haha.
and then miss heng is biased. she dosen't like the swimmers. humph. principal muz be fair right? just because we have so little ppl in the simming team and so we don't produce as good results as other cca ppl dosen't mean she can hate us right? hmmph. when the bball or squash ppl lost, miss heng annonced for them saying the really did a good job and wateva. but when the swimming team lost of even if we got 4th, she oso wun announce for us one.bleahx.
too bad the chinese girls don't gt taught by her...sigh. = ( haha. AND WE WON THE CHEEERING COMPETITION! YIPEEEEE! haha.we got champion for the sec1s.and we'll be performing on sports day in front of the whole school. hehe....luckily im not one of the dancers.then i'll be really nervous on dat day.haha.....just wanna wish everyone out there happie good friday...hehe.

whoa..just came back from watching BOOGEYMAN...wheee...so shocking. not scary or gross or anything. but its just shocking. its like normal normal then suddenly put of no wher got "BOOM" then waa...got heart attack liao.haha. ok lar..not really a veri veri nice show. just really really SHOCKING. hahaha... we went with urm...derek, wai yip, jia jun, aloy, melissa, jasmine, pearlyne and me after training. actually we wanted to watch spongebob but they we not showing in toa payoh. badd...then i wanted to watch either hitch or the series of unfortunate events but everyone wanted to watch boogeyman so i just followed lor...haha.
oh..and yesterday, pearlyn and i went to trish's house to do cs project and then go j8 to watch spongebob and take neoprints. but there wasn't anymore ickets to spongebob and so..we bought pop corn for nothin...haha. then we took tons and tons of neoprints. haha. and then we onli, ONLY spent 1/2 hr in j8 then we had to go back to trish's house. we swam then we watched a movie.. so nice lor. then during the movie my mum came to fetch me. sigh...ok. thats all for today and yesterday.
going training later in the afternoon again. did 30x100 freestyle pulling in the morning. im so proud of myself. i managed to catch up and i didnt stop to rest like i always do...hehe.

OMG! im like soooooo happy now! so proud of myself. fine. not really myself but OURselves! yay! we got 2nd position today for 4x400m relay! YIPEEEEE! whoa. really veri happy. actually it all thanks to denyse. i was the first runner and i led them 2nd position. when i was near trish, i was supposed to shout "up" right, i did okay but the whole place was like soooo noisy with everyone screaming and cheering that she didnt hear my "up" so when i placed the baton on her hand, she was like dreaming. and so that made us 3rd. then she rean, still 3rd then laura ran, still third. then denyse ran. the 2nd team were like about 70m away from us and DENYSE CAUGHT Up...like OMG. so gooood..haha. its was a really ahppy thing for me. yayayay. =) haha.and NAG is this Sunday! im going to watch! haha. and spongebob is coming out too....SPONGEBOB SQUARE PANTS.... hehe
and i hate that stupid XX she's soooo iritating. she borrows MY WHOLE PENCIL CASE the whole day. takes my correction tape the most. and then today, she just snatched my pencil case and then "ransacked" it. and took my things to use. and then i was like staring at her and she noticed lar. so she said," yours ar? sorrie lor." she irritating. even all the best friends last time don't like her already. and then she likes to gossip and say that im veri self fish. what about her? she bluffs that her correction tape is spoit and then uses mine. and then when my correction tape finishs, i borrow from her right, and then she dosen't even want to lend me. at least i lend mine to her EVERYTIME she asks me for it. but very reluctantly lar. of course. typical reaction of everyone would be: really angry right? its not that im self fish lor. i lend it to her everytime. hmmph. so angry...sigh

hi! just came back from "traning" which wasn't really training though. i went there from sports heats directly and i didnt have my swimming stuff so i waited for my maid to come which took her like HOW MANY YEARS? so they had already finished swimming by the time she came so it was like pointless going to the pool? hehe.talking about sports heats, it was okaaay lar. not too bad.did 3rd in my heat which its kind of impossible to get into the finals. =) laura too. she was in a different heat but she got 4th. i think its like quite not fair because they put the sec1s together with the sec2s, the sec3s together with the sec4s. the sec1s and sec3s have disadvantages. so bad. evil people. anyway, expected myself to lose al the sec2s in my heat and the only other sec1 but i won the sec1 girl and lost 2 sec2s. wheeee..not too bad lar? :) still can remember just now after running, i was like owww...my butt is aching like hell....ouch. my butt. so aching after running.haha.now it still does. => chatting with charmaine now all about SOMEONE and SOMEONE. chatted with gladys about the same first SOMEONE. and with serene andlike soooooo many people. i think the whole class dosen't like her at all. haha. and you know who the SOMEONE is rite? hahaha..... spent so long using the computer already. feel so so so guilty now. ahhh... better get off soon. yea rite. soooooon. haha.and i still have history test tomorrow. about the malacca trip. ahhh! have to go study now and i haven't eaten dinner yet. ahh...im such a BAD girl.naughty. =) ok. really have to go. bye bye everyone.

i just came home from malacca...i just came from from malacca! wheeeeeeee...so fun...really enjoyed ourselves. learnt more about our friends. RIGHT TRISH? more about our friends.hahax. our tour guide is called molly and so me, trish and mich made up this stupid song about she and her big mole. (actually her mole was sooooooooo small that we could hardly see it properly.) and we made it up because molly and mole.. yea. u get the picture.ya and so, the song goes like this:

wa....this is so hilarious. my younger brother's friend, zhuo yi, called a while ago when we were not at home so he wanted my bro to call him back and he left his handphone number. so when we reached home, my bro called him back. he didn't answer so then the machine siad "please record your message after the beep" then guess what he siad? " beep beep, zhuo yi" ...wahahahaha. i laughing like siao okay.told this to many people online. haha. wa. wanna die of laughter. wait till i tell mish on monday if she didnt read this. i tell u, she's gonna laugh like crazy...wahaha.
oh...and im not going hougang training..whew.coz im going to eat dinner with my mei and her family together with my family lar...anw,last week...i mean last last week. i think i 've posted this before. but im not veri sure. i 've got short term memory loss... =p anw...................
last last week, at hougang, i was training there with another coach, not the same coach that i train with everyday. he made me and my 2 friends do urm... can't remeber..reacalling, recalling.
AH yes! we did 4x200 IM as WARM Up. i've never done so much warm up before.and then 6x200 kicking. wa. kick till my legs all aching. then 16x50 one fly one back one br one free. after every 50 we have to do get out of the pool and do 10 squats and 10 push ups...sigh. and then if we don't pace each other we have to do more push ups.....sigh. the sets(distance) is like so much less compared to my everyday training but it was just the PUMPING that made me so tired...
i think i have repeated this many times? i dunno.can some one tell me if i have posted this before. i know im veri naggy....haha. sarah=naggy old fogey.wheeeee.haha.

yay...im going malacca next wenesday with my school. wheee...its going to be lods of fun. it was really a good choice bunking with pearlyn because we both sleep about 12 plus every night and wheee...in malacca, we're going to sleep like 2 every night? wahaha. i bet mich and trish are going to be sleeping while me and pearlyn partying in our room. haha.haha. *no offence lar* if u all can stay awake then aprty with us okay? and mich...don't sleep so early okay? haha. and remember to bring lots of food and eat at night. haha. bring lots of chips okay? pearlyn and i aggreed to bring lay's and ruffles and those big packets of chips. and im going to bring lots of sweets too...to eat during the bus ride...haha. its going to be really fun.

hey. just came back from JAG day2. only swam 50 fly. it was so horrible! did 35.12!!yuck. so slow...but okay, must learn how to think positive like melissa. so...at least i improved right? i was 35.96 last time. improved 0.7 secs...haha. to those who dosen't swim, 1 second or less is a HUGE GIGANTIC sum. mich, u should know that right?haha. and i just visited our class blog.its so HORRIBLE...haha. sorry if i offended anyone. its kind of plain. and hurry up fix a tag board. and get a skin quick or make a skin...i can help if anyone needs me. im okay at this stuff. =) *grin*haha. will be swimming 100 breaststroke on thurs. wish me luck everyone. haha.

i've changed my blogskin again...for the 4th time alredy...yay. now its spongebob ...haha. i bet por and drey would go crazy over this like before? hahax. ate macoroni in CHUNKY for lunch...wheee...so yummy :) going for training later. hope more people go then it'll be more fun. we ran AGAIN...ad usual during recess. we're supposed to run 200m as practice for our 400m reply for sports day. then we ran at lane 3 becaused there was a class having PE and they were using the 1st and 2nd lanes. the 3rd lane is longer...obviously right? so even if i cut through the field to the other side of the track, it would be quite the same anyway. and i was jogging. and then i cut through.and then trish made me run again. for goodness sake. we were only practising the passing of the baton ONLY. we don't even have to run 200m at all. maybe just run 20m or so? so thay we can practice...and i have junior age group tomorrow. she made me run some more.sigh. baddie TRIsHAW...u everyday want to BLADY BLADY*** so much...haha
anyway, could'nt understand what mrs lee was teaching. as usual. haha. keep giving us more work to do each day when we don't even understand her. sigh. ok...gtg..feel so sleepy after lunch. going to sleep now...*yawn* and yay...my dad's fetching me for training today. yipeee... oh and tagbox is still down. sigh. and i haven't changed th colour of the tagbox yet. so i'll still be blue. will change it when the tagbox is up someday.

yay...i passed my history test...yay. expected myself to fail. so difficult leh...all the questions. my marks were an average mark lar. only 13 1/2 upon 20...haha. highest had 17. anyway, went for training today after the workshop in school.reached at 5.45pm..haha. so late.but at least i still went right? haha. oh and today's workshop was great...so motivating...haha. and the speaker was really funny but he really taught well.we learnt how to study effectively and leant about our brains too.lol.it was supposed to finish at i think 5? but it ended at 5.30. swimming people say i slack...hey. its total opposite lor.actually so late no one would go already but i WENT OKAY...yay...thank you thank you. i feel so honoured.haha.ok. urm..geog test haven't been given out.i wonder when...sigh. hope i don't fail.oh and my mum email henry fung today...cannot go asean cup loh...BYE BYE asean.haha..cheer me up someone. give me some flowers or chocolate. haha. so sad now okay.

hey people! i just came home from tuition. don't have anything to do now. let my younger bro play the anti-drug game cd that my school gave to everyone.hah. it's kind of lame lar. its for small little kiddies like my bro. haha.come to think of it. every time i feel like blogging, i have nothing to blog about.sigh.ok. didnt manage to get into asean cup. so sad. kor didn't make it too. and he wanted to quit swimming.but i guess he changed his mind the next day. and my mum's watching korean drama which i really wanna watch but its like 40 disc all together. don't think i'll have the time so decided not to. yesterday, me and pearlyn went to the library to borrow books and i borrowed 4 thick. ok fine. not really thick books of comics. 2 calvin and hobbes, 1 sherman's lagoon and 1 foxtrot. yay. my favourite. and i just finished reading the whole book before i left for tuition. yay. wanted to borrow baby blues comics which is my favourite comic strip in Life everyday but there wasnt any book on the shelf. heard gwendolin say that there was a whole shelf of comics which most of them is baby blues and foxtrot but maybe the comic is too famous that everone borrowed them already. sigh. and i really wish chen jl will come back wuick.3 days more. melissa suggested we go to the airport to fetch him..haha. but we don't even know his flight number or anything. haha. day dreaming. don't like fan's training. don't know why but i just don't really enjoy it. such a big group. so noisy. gives me headache man.ok. and thanks pearlyn for duping The Champion vcds for me! yay. will pay you when u pass them to me some day. thanks so much.

hey everyone! happy chinese year! just came back from my grangmother's house and now im waiting for visitors to come to my house to give me ANG POW!! hehe...jkjk. ya. my family and i watched movie at 11.30 om yesterday. its called "howl's moving castle"(the sneaks)...its really really nice. better than incredibles...haha. the director of this show is the same director who made "spirited away"..."howl's moving castle" is a japanese show. and its in jap, DUH?! but there's english and chinese subtitles. MUST watch okay? its really really very very nice. BESt movie i've ever watched so far.EVERYONE MUST WATCH! gosh...today's training starts at 2.30pm. that's like so early and i just came home from school. went to Mac's to buy something to eat but the queue was like sooo long. i didnt want to wait so i just walked home.sigh. i want my twister fries.waaa...anyway, just want to wish everyone a happy chinese new year. gong xi fa cai, xin nian kuai le! aww... going for reunion dinner with my dad's side tonight at some restaurant. shoot. keep thinking about training later. i mean SOON. its going to be really hot out there later. guess im going to be tanner and tanner.anyway, today in school, we had CNY celebrations. performances by ppl. and then there's this performances by some students from sec 4 or something then they were doing this "nian tang shi" thingy. i mean like they spoke sooo cheeena...disgust me. =) .then mrs tan gave us kit kat when we went back to class. and then mich didnt want her kit kat so trish and i were so called fighting for it. i didnt really "fight" for it. i wanted trish to have it but in the end she gave it to me instaed. thanks so much triah. just take it as a CNY prezzie okay? *grin* i supposed to go back NYPS today. but i don't really feel like it.sorrie friends...next time k?

today was sooo boring in school. we had our first HIP/foundation session...i went for english foundation with nicole and it was like soooo boring. mrs fenendez was absent so...of ALL teachers in the whole school, they got MRS MAO to replace her...sigh. we had to do 4 MSQ comprehension passages which were like super boring. and then we had assembly which had like 4 groups of people telling about their projects and stuff...then there were times when michelle thought something was funny and she kept laughing and laughing...and after she stopped her laughter, she will look at me and realised im not even laughing.heh.im so bad.im supposed to be on my way for training now but...im not going! lazy. time trials wre yesterday and i guess today i rest day. haha. dinie's "gang"...although i dunno who's in his gang. are not going training until chen jl comes back. wow. they're really so slakkish...(don't know what word that is but i just made it up myself)sigh. today's a really boring day. my brother just left the house for training and he was quite angry with me for not going training because he has to go and i don't.ok. and i have fixed the cursor to this blue pacman monster. but i still have 1 more task to do...to add in music. maybe i'll do that next time i guess.oh ya. and i have a deep cut on my butt. u know yesteray, i swam 2oo IM and then after swimming it, i came out of the water, was sooo tired that i just plopped onto the groud and the tiles just scratched my butt. so painful. and then this morning when i was carrying my school bag, it kept rubbing against my cut...owww.haiya....just my luck. anwaya, i think i better go and do my homework. and i can't believe my teachers actually gave us quite alot of homework to do during this CNY? so terrible!sigh...have to go...bb

okay.tday was a sad and happy day for me. sad because im still grieving over my lost entry. its really real long okay. sigh. happy, because, I GOT 34/35 for my maths common test! im so happy. everyone in nanyang pri should know that my maths is real horrible.and i got a B for my psle...so, it was really shocking. thank the Lord...anyway, about the lost entry, i think i should just make it into points and tell everyone next time. went training real late today.5++pm. school ended late today so was very tired and fell asleep.and my blog is still unfixed. sorry.
oh ya. i remembered. today in school, the lap top half drawer half cupboard was locked and we couldn't do the e-announcements thingy.so me and ying yi went to tell the mrs kee. we told her that thing cannot open. and we started pointing at the drawer/cupboard. and she was like" whats that thing? what thing? what thing? don't what thing here and ther? what is that thing?" i mean like, we were already pointing to the object. and ying yi said somethingthat i kept laughing. she said,"the cover that is covering the lap top cannot be opened"..haha...the cover that is covering the lap top. oh.
hiaz.this is so boring.have nothing to do. school ends at 3pm tomorrow. sigh. i have to go and sleep soon. going to be real tired in school tomorrow.niteyz.
oh. and one more thing, i haven't collected the ba kua money from all my swimming friends. =]

u noe i just typed an entry that is about 30 lines long and it suddenly DISAPPEARED...omgomgomg....this is the worst day ever...GOSH. the entry was like the longest evtry i've ever typed before and its gone JUST LIKE THAT. i spent like 45 minutes typing(i not a slow typer btw.) and its all GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! okay, let's talk about today.we had time trial. it was really terrible...but you know what? my 100 breaststroke improved 5 SECONDS!!! im so happy...now its 1.30 ...YAY. so proud of myself for that only. my fly was the same... back deproved 1 sec and free im not sure...the timing didn't even appear on the board...sigh. but i slacked that one. my hands and legs were so aching after breaststroke and i just could'nt swim free properly...ok. thats all for now...bb.

i don't know what i've done to my blog and now its soundless.shucks. i accidentally deleted something from the templates and it turned out to be the music that i deleted. = ( so sad now. so plain soundless blog. really feel like changing the skin. the only thing that i find cute is that tatty over there <---- that's the only good thing about this blog. how great, blogskins.com is down. this is really so great. i asked my swimmings friends to go online, all of them cant. and i wanted to ask them if they want to share and buy a present for coach...but its too late now. awww...shall change blog skin maybe the next time then. this really sucks. bleahx.

hey people! just came back from school not too long ago. don't really feel like going swimming today. im so tired.*yawn*.my swimming friends are going to kill me if they see this. especially melissa=) i'm so lazy.i know. ok.i think most likey i will be going downstairs to swim.hehe.ok.i just finished eaiting fries and Mcflurry from macs and i forogt to eat lunch.now, im like so full, trying to stuff my lunch down into my little tummy.oh ya! and i just remembered! if forgot to return the 50cents to trish in school. oh shucks.haiya..i'lkl give it to her on monday i guess. anyway, for lit, we had to act out a play and i had to borrow my bro's lab coat for a costume or something like that. and for the play, i'm like the DIRECTOR. haha.and ok. i've been saying this many times i think :THANKS so much dinie.u know, last night, i had to do a piece of homework that needed me to explain what the national anthem means.and my school dosen't give us handbooks so i went online hoping to find dinie online so that he could help me translate. and he really was! i told him that i could find it myself on the internet but he said he had nothing to do anyway. thanks so much man! and i m now playing truth or dare with pearlyn ee on msn.haha.oh! and i gave my teacher a whole box of brands essence of chicken and some pineapple tarts made by my grandmother.=)on the way home from school just now, i was like eating a sweet given by my peer leader and then my whole moth became DARK GREEN! and then i went to macs, i wonder what the auntie at the counter could be thinking when i was ordering my stuff. gosh. so embarassing!aww...gtg. bb people!

okay. i only have a few more seconds till my brother gets to use the computer. have to make this fast man.i dont really know why but today was a tiring day. maybe it was because i slept too late last night? i forgot everything so quickly.today, my from teacher told us she could'nt go to malacca with my class in march beacause she has throat cancaer or something like that and has to go for treatment. it's called tyroid cancer. i dont really know how to spell it. =) ok. she looks really well and happy everyday. didnt expect her to get such a thing.please, anyone who reads this please pray for her.pray for good health. ok.when i have to go online, suddenly all my swimming friends are online...gosh. so RIGHT TIMING u guys..how great. ok i have to go. linked more people already.please please remind me if i haven't linked you yet. i'm so sorry if i haven't.

i just came home from swimmming training. i went training too yesterday with the school team. had this time trial where they had to taek your timings and everything. blah blah blah. anyway, had school till 12.50pm today. went to jojo's house after that. saw many very good friends. miss them alot! and we also ordered 2 pizzas from pizza hut. we all shared costs. i paid 5 bucks. =) then i had to go training so i left the house around 4pm. i reached there late and they had already finshed warm up. dont know what to write now, haven't really blogged for really long. growing cob webs already...hehe

just came back from school. school ended at 3pm today.although its still quite a long day for me.going training in a few minutes time. haven't been training for more than a week already. school ended so late yesterday and the day before.both days i were dismissed at 5.30pm. i am now so scared because i haven't swam for like so long and what if i suddenly go back to training and cannot swim as fast as before?!?!? ahhh!! i keep scaring myself =) and if charmaine happens to read this...(i'm talking anout the charmaine in 1PE) WE HAVE THE SAME BLOG SKIN..hehe...i didnt know it until i visited your blog a few minutes agao...hehe...okie...i think i better not talk so much. have to go training. tata...

today was the first day of school. there was orientation the WHOLE day. quite boring. we were listening to CCA talks the whole morning and in the afternoon there were performances by CCA groups to show case their talents to make us join their CCA. in my school, u must take up 5 CCAs...its like alot compared to other schools, and at least 1 CCA must be a uniformed group. i think i'll be joining girl guides ?!?!? my from teacher is so pretty. the prettiest teacher in the whole school. =) she's quite funny too. leesons will not be starting till 5th Jan. oh yes...forgot to tell everyone...today, school ended at 5pm...what about other schools...i dont know...made many friends today. my whole class was from sc primary except for 3 other girls and i...come on...pity me...*grin* anyway, tied my hair to school today. it was too long and i didnt even have the time to cut my hair... :) miss alot of my 6F friends because we bonded for 2 years being such good friends. so called "forgot" to make friends. haven't been making class friends for more than a year...hehe. have to prepare for school tomorrow. many forms to fills up. nitey.

I just came back from church thanksgiving. We were supposed to reach church at 8.45am but we LEFT the house at 8.50am. I expected ourselves to be super late and miss my performance but thank God, i reached just before we went up stage...phew =p but i don't really count it as good that i went just in time because my 2 other friends and i were the ONLY p6s/sec1s on stage...the rest were lower primary kids and below...so embarrassing. the most embarrassing part was before we went upstage, the screen that was screening what performance will be up next, stated 'NURSERY kids'...we were supposed to help the little kids with the song as it was quite difficult to sing...actually we didn't even have to go up, they did quite a good job though =) after the peformances by many groups/classes, brunch was served then we had to attend singing(as usual, we were the oldest there again) and after that we had free time to wait for the adults to finish service. we played *grin* 'hind and seek' with all the p2/p3 kids round the whole church...next when when back home. That's where i m now...

thks for visiting my blog...muz remember to tag k? wow...my first entry in my blog=) anw...juz came back from KL a few mins ago. spent 5D4N dere...shopping shopping n more shopping everydae...legs sooo aching 1 leh...but it was quite worth it though coz bought stuff that i really like.everything was like so cheap coz i tink christmas tym coz lots of sales everywhere.i bought a billabong board shorts [which costs bout $70++ in s'pore] had like a 60% off discount.everyting was lyk on 50%~70% off...ate pizza hut twice during that whole trip.pizza[large size] in s'pore wld be bout $27~$30.it wld onli be RM30 in m'sia too...its lyk sooo cheap lor...okie..these were things i bought:

op sling bag
4 pairs of ankle socks(1 striped, 3 plain coloured)

note: all these thing r bought from shops in the shopping centre..not from roadside stores...hehe
